hI am VERY EXCITED today because I woke up to great news! Let’s face it, lately great news have been so hard to come by. Besides everything that is going on with the world I also sprained my ankle so bad that I will have to be in a cast for a month. Yes, fun times! But then today finally something good: I won SCBWI Illinois Prairie Prize! It means that I will attend the fall conference “Full Zoom Ahead” on a scholarship and they will use my image to promote the conference which hopefully will lead to many wonderful opportunities ahead!
